Biographical Info A member of the New Mexico Arts Commission, Maguire was recognized by the City of Santa Fe in 2004 for Excellence in the Arts. He previously worked as a culture, arts and tourism planner for the City of Santa Fe, was the Director of Development for the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival and Executive Director of the Santa Fe Desert Chorale. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Theater Grottesco and of the Santa Fe film Festival. A trained percussionist and instructor, Maguire has performed in Santa Fe, Mexico City, Xalapa, Mexico, Rome, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denton, Texas, Aspen, Denver, Puerto Rico, and New York.
